On April 1st, 2021, just after receiving his first COVID-19 vaccine dose, an unexpected thought struck—a spontaneous urge to write. What began as a quiet moment of reflection on his banking career and business journey, turned into the first two pages of what would soon become a book.
That very day, the writer was born.
With a fresh routine and an unmatched sense of discipline.

Why 'Investing Decoded'?
With over two decades of hands-on investing experience, the biggest challenge wasn’t complex strategy—it was clarity.
‘Investing Decoded’ simplifies the core tenets of capital markets, helping readers across age groups gain confidence in managing their money.
On the 1st of April 2021 I took my first covid vaccination shot. As I arrived back to my office after having been administered the vaccine I was reflecting on my pastbanking career and current business pursuits and then out of nowhere i had this spontaneous thought of trying my hand at writing a book on investing. It had never occurred to me before that moment that I should channelize myself towards penning a book. So I began that instance, gathered my thoughts and wrote my first two pages. I got into a habit of writing daily (never been so disciplined in my life).I would do some research in the morning and tried to complete a chapter by evening. Three months later voila – I had my initial manuscript ready.
Publishing ‘Investing Decoded’ opened a new world to me. Agents, publishers, authors, book lovers -people whom I never had the opportunity to interact with now became a fresh addition to my life. I now have a deeper respect for authors as I know the dedication required to complete a book. I also have a connect with the readers who have read my book and it is pleasing to know that I may have made a small contribution to improve their lives. Writing has given me a brand – newidentity.
The content in ‘Investing Decoded’ was not that difficult for me as I had over the past two decades journeyed along the path of discovering, understanding and implementing the important tenets of investing. What was apparent and palpable to me for a long time was the ubiquitous confusion in the investing public over the core foundations of the capital markets. I knew if I could address this vacuum a decent and relevant written work was worth the while.
The book attempts to elucidate investing not for the well-entrenched patron saints of finance but for the regular folks of all age groups. There is an investor in everyone and ‘Investing Decoded’ endeavors to level the playing field.
